Attend Support Services began from firsthand experience within the support sector. Our Director worked both independently and within larger organisations, giving her the opportunity to see the positive difference great support can make, but also what happens when things go wrong.

She saw the inconsistency, the revolving door of support workers and the things that could so easily slip through the cracks. Most importantly, she saw what was possible when support was consistent, people were matched thoughtfully and relationships were built on trust and connection.

It became clear that support should never lose the love, compassion and human connection.

This experience created a strong desire to do things differently. Rather than accepting that this was simply how the industry worked, she made it our responsibility to create the kind of service she believed people deserved.

That is how Attend was born.

Today, Attend is no longer the story of one person. It is the forever-growing story of a team who have taken that original purpose and made it their own.

As Attend has grown, our passion has grown with it. It lives in the people we welcome into our team, the relationships we build and the care we bring each day. Every member of our team brings something valuable, but we are connected by the same belief: support should be reliable, compassionate and built on a foundation of genuine consideration for others.
