OUR PASSION + OUR PURPOSE
Attend Support began with the desire to provide a service that has a unique approach, truly creating something special.
From this little seed, we grew a mission that is deeply rooted in empathy and compassion for all those we have the privilege to support. Our main focus is ensuring each participant receives individualised support, tailored to their exact needs with a focus on fostering independence.
We have built our team of supports on those that share the same values,
with a dedication to positively impacting our community.
How we became...
Our Director started Attend Support Services after working both as an independent Support Worker and with larger organisations.
From experience, she found that the inconsistent, ‘revolving-door’ and sometimes lacking in love culture that surrounded the sector was very disheartening, needing to be addressed. Deciding to make that her own responsibility, Attend Support Services was born.
As Attend has expanded, we have not only maintained our passion, but have seen it grow in bounds by making sure each member of our team are just as dedicated to our mission.
